Beginner Sourdough Workshop

Join us for a beginner sourdough class at the Library! This class is perfect for anyone interested in learning the art of sourdough baking. We’ll learn how to make and maintain a starter, the science behind the sourdough fermentation process, and tips for making the perfect loaf. Attendees will be provided with some starter and instructions to take home.
