Updated Hotspot Policy

As of February 8, 2024, there are some updates to our hotspot policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we seek to better serve all of our patrons!

• Hotspots are on a first come, first served basis only.
• The checkout period is 7 days with no renewals.
• You and members of your household must wait 7 days between the time you return a hotspot device and check out another one.
• You may be blocked from checking out hotspots if you repeatedly return them late.
