Sound Bath Meditation with Flow Yoga

Join Flow Yoga for a relaxing and immersive sound bath meditation at the library. This experience use singing bowls, chimes and other instruments to help quiet the mind, release stress and promote relaxation.

No yoga or meditation experience is needed.
