Board Vacancy (July 2026)

The Library Board of Trustees needs to fill a vacancy caused by a trustee locating to a different community. The term to be filled runs through May of 2027. It includes monthly meetings on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:15 pm, along with membership on 2 committees that meet as needed.

Candidates must live in the Mahomet Library District and not be closely related to any staff members. We are hopeful that potential candidates may be willing to consider running for an additional 4-year term at the end of the existing term.
