Join us as Instructor Colleen Crawford leads us through hour-long yoga sessions on the lawn on Tuesdays in June (except June 22).
These sessions are appropriate for anyone, even if you have little or no experience with yoga! We’ll begin with a thorough warmup and then build the intensity gradually, exploring postures several times while working up to the complete flow. Colleen will present options for various poses, allowing participants to discover which versions work best for them.
Participants should bring their own yoga mats.

About the Presenter:
Colleen Crawford holds several yoga certifications, including Yoga 200hr-RYT, an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Pre-e and Postnatal Coach, PiYo, Turbo Kick, Insanity, and Barre Above.
Outdoor programs are weather dependent. Because we have a large tent, we can hold programs in light rain, but not heavier rain and wind. If we have to cancel a program, we will post an announcement on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
COVID-19 Policy for Outdoor Events
Masks are not required to take part in outdoor events.
If you are not yet fully vaccinated, we ask that you keep a mask handy and use it when visiting with people outside your household.
Mask use is required inside the library building for those who are not yet fully vaccinated.
