Going stir-crazy in your house? Stay fit with pilates!
Every Thursday evening in June, certified pilates instructor Kelly Nykaza will lead a class via Zoom. Learn the basic order of the Pilates Method with a series of exercises designed to build core strength and improve flexibility. No equipment or prior experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, a yoga mat if you have one (soft carpet works too!), and some comfy clothes.
