Celebrate World Laughter Day with Laughter Yoga!

You'll enjoy a fun-filled hour, first learning about the health benefits of laughter and then immediately experiencing some of those benefits via a "workout" consisting of laughter exercises. Be sure to wear comfy clothes!

This event is open and accessible to all! Children are welcome, but please be aware that this event is an hour long and requires silence and participation at times.
