SUMMARY:Cookbook Club: A Taste of America
DESCRIPTION:Cookbook Club invites home cooks and food lovers to gather\, share\, and sample a variety of dishes inspired by a featured cookbook or theme. Participants choose a recipe to prepare at home and bring it to share with the group while enjoying conversation about cooking\, ingredients\, and food traditions.  \nIn July\, inspired by the 100th anniversary of Route 66 and the 250th anniversary of the country\, participants will choose and prepare classic recipes that represent different states and/or regions of the United States. \nAdults. Registration required.
