Register for each session individually. Participants should bring their own yoga mats. \n  \nAbout the Presenter: \nColleen Crawford holds several yoga certifications\, including Yoga 200hr-RYT\, an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer\, a Certified Pre-e and Postnatal Coach\, PiYo\, Turbo Kick\, Insanity\, and Barre Above.
