Out to Sea
It's Sunday, April 14, 1912. Welcome to the first-class dining saloon on the RMS Titanic, where icebergs aren't the only danger!
We left Southhampton last Wednesday and we're halfway to New York. We can see why they call the Titanic "The Millionaires' Special," since the 300 of us traveling in first class are worth a combined $500 million and anyone worth knowing is here with us tonight! Most of us know each other quite well, since we see each other at all the most fasionable events and resorts, from the America's Cup to the Great Pyramids. Of course, with so many of us here tonight, it's possible a few ringers have slipped in. There are a couple of people no one seems to know personally, but if they're in the first class saloon, they must be all right.
The infamous iceberg won't be sighted until long after tonight's dinner is over, but with adultery, theft, financial misdeeds, and general mayhem on tonight's menu, there's plenty to worry about...
Presented by Champaign-Urbana Theatre Company's Seven Corpse Dinner Murder Mysteries.
Costumes are not required, but, many of us will be dressing in our 1914 best, so feel free to join us!
