Policy change on accumulated fines
Due to a policy change for members of the Lincoln Trail Libraries System, the MAXIUM amount of unpaid fines a patron may have has changed to $5.00.
Once you have accumulated $5.00 in unpaid fines on your library card, you will be unable to check out items until the balance is below $5.00. This change takes effect Monday, August 10th, and includes fines accrued from items check out at all libraries in the Lincoln Trail Libraries System. We apologize for any inconvenience.
